When will my order ship? 

Most orders ship within 3-5 business days via USPS. Made to order apparel will take approximately 5-7 to prepare and ship.

Do you ship worldwide? 

Yes. Deliveries outside the United States may also incur Customs Fees which we are not responsible for.

My tracking number is not showing any tracking info? 

You will be emailed a tracking number after we have processed your order for shipment and there are times you may not see any updated tracking info. This is because it was processed after USPS has already picked up our shipments for the day. If you don't see any tracking info for your shipment we recommend checking again in 24-48 hours. In the rare event that your tracking number has not updated in some days, USPS asks that you allow at least 30 days from shipment to inquire about having us opening a case with them. 

My tracking number shows my package was delivered but I didn't receive it. What should I do? 

In the rare event this happens, we recommend you first ask your neighbors and your local mail person/post office if they have seen your package. Most times shipments are found this way. If that turns up nothing we recommend contacting USPS with your tracking number and explaining what has happened. Ultimately if your tracking number shows as delivered we are not held liable for any lost or stolen packages. Please contact me with any issues.

What material are your shirts made of? 

All our designs are printed on Bella+Canvas 3001C or Next Level 3600 blanks unless specified otherwise. Each individual product will have the brand of shirt listed along with its size chart. These shirts are a very high quality, super soft, 100% combed ring-spun cotton.

Do you offer exchanges or returns? 

All sales are final. Being a really small operation we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless something is damaged or our fault. If for some reason you received a defective item or the wrong size from us feel free to email us at info@splitplugart.com and we will take care of it.

Please make sure you are ordering the correct item in the correct size, if you need more info on the size of an item please email us.

Do not send back any items unless you have already contacted us and have been given an approval to return.
